Meet the author - Tola Okogwu
KS2 had a wonderful afternoon out visiting the Redbridge Library specifically to meet
the children's author Tola Okugwu.
The children enjoyed hearing about Tola’s writing journey, and how her love of reading at an early age encouraged her to write. It was amazing to think that ideas she had written down as a primary school child had now come to fruition as bestselling books!
We loved hearing a sneak peek of her newest novel, the third addition to her Onyeka series, and had a chance to ask Tola our burning questions before having our books signed.
