Admissions Process

To apply for a place please complete a registration form and return it to school together with a non-refundable £100 registration fee and a copy of your child’s birth certificate.

If you are applying for a place in the Nursery or Reception we will also require proof of address (i.e. a copy of a utility bill etc).

You can also, at any point, arrange to come into the school for a short guided tour where our headteacher will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

On receipt of your registration form and fee, an assessment session will be arranged for your child in the class of your child's current peers. Following this you may receive a written offer of a place at the school. Enclosed in that letter would be another form which would need to be completed and returned, together with an entrance fee of £300 if the place is for Nursery or £650 for our Main Prep school.

For Nursery places, £100 is refundable if your child leaves our school on the last day of the summer term before going to another school for Reception the following September (subject to there being no outstanding bills or charges and subject to a full term’s notice of withdrawal having been given).

If you choose to apply for a place in our Prep School Reception class then a total of £650 is requested (£350 if you are continuing from Nursery). Only on receipt of that fee is your place confirmed. As above, £400 of that fee is refundable if your child completes Year 6 but non-refundable if they leave before that. £250 will be retained by the school (which covers set up administration costs).
